Miao Xiao Chun is a Chinese artist based in Beijing. The piece I got some influence from was his Last Judgment in Cyberspace, it was a 3D monochrome reworking of Michelangelo's The Last Judgment. Last semester I have seen Michelangelo's work in Sistine Chapel, therefore I was especially engaged in Miao's work transforming a 2D fresco image to a 3D model.

The inspiration I got from Taibamo was how to utilize the installation space and engage the audience in a most effective way. From her previous work, I was amazed by her installation on a curved and slanted wall. It completely immersed the audience in the space she created.
